Refund & Cancellation Policy
KLM is sold as a subscription you can cancel at any time. This page sets out exactly what cancelling does, and the narrow set of circumstances in which money comes back to you.
Last updated 5 September 2026
The short version
Cancel anytime. No refunds for time already paid for.
You can cancel your KLM subscription whenever you like, from inside the app, with no cancellation fee and no phone call. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan you have already paid for keeps running until the end of that billing period, and the amount you paid for it is not refunded.
We do refund duplicate charges, failed transactions that were still debited, and charges caused by an error on our side. Those are covered below.
How to cancel
- 1Open the KLM app and go to Settings.
- 2Tap Subscription.
- 3Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- 4You will see the date your access ends. Auto-renewal is off from that moment.
If you cannot reach the app for any reason, email klmpcenterprises@gmail.com from your registered email address and ask us to cancel. We will action it within one business day and confirm by email.
What happens after you cancel
- Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you have paid for — you do not lose features the moment you cancel.
- At the end of that period, paid features stop and your store moves to a read-limited state. Your data is not deleted.
- You can resubscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.
- Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. To remove your data as well, see Account & Data Deletion.
When we do refund
We refund, in full, in these cases:
| Situation | What we do | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| You were charged twice for the same billing period | The duplicate charge is refunded in full | Initiated within 3 business days of confirmation |
| Money was debited but the subscription was never activated | The full amount is refunded, or the subscription is activated if you prefer | Initiated within 3 business days |
| You were charged after a cancellation we had already confirmed | The charge is refunded in full | Initiated within 3 business days |
| A pricing or billing error on our side | The overcharged amount is refunded | Initiated within 5 business days of us verifying it |
| We permanently discontinue the Service mid-term | The unused portion of your prepaid period is refunded pro rata | Initiated within 15 business days |
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we initiate a refund, your bank or card issuer normally credits it within 5 to 7 business days; that leg is outside our control.
When we do not refund
- You changed your mind, or stopped using the app, during a period you have already paid for.
- You cancelled part-way through a monthly or yearly term — the remaining time is not refunded, and there is no pro-rata cash-out.
- You forgot to cancel before an auto-renewal that we had already reminded you about.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
- The Service was unavailable for short periods due to maintenance, your internet connection, your device, or events outside our reasonable control.
- A discount or promotional code did not apply because you entered it after completing the payment.
Upgrades, downgrades and credits
- Upgrading mid-cycle: the unused value of your current plan is calculated as a prorated credit and set against the price of the new plan. You pay only the difference.
- Downgrading mid-cycle: the change takes effect at your next renewal. We do not refund the difference in cash for the current period.
- Credits reduce what you owe on a future charge. They are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and lapse if the account is closed.
Failed and duplicate payments
If a payment fails but your bank shows the amount as debited, it is usually an authorisation hold that the bank reverses on its own, typically within 5 to 7 business days. If it has not reversed after seven business days, contact us with the transaction reference and we will trace it with Razorpay.
How to raise a billing claim
Email klmpcenterprises@gmail.com from your registered email address within 30 days of the charge, and include:
- your registered email address and store name;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- the Razorpay payment ID or the bank reference number, if you have it;
- a one-line description of what went wrong.
We acknowledge billing claims within 48 hours and resolve them within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, reply to the same thread asking for it to be escalated to our Grievance Officer, whose details are on the Privacy Policy page.
